On Tuesday 7/1/2008 the Wroclaw section of the Union of Syndicalists, Poland (ZSP) held an a solidarity in support a fired activists of IWW and CNT in front of AmRest (American Restaurants) - KFC, Pizza Hut and Starbucks restaurant operator in Central and Eastern Europe. There is no Starbucks in Poland yet, but the first one will be opened this year.

Activists got inside the building of the corporation and gave a letter in which ZSP is demanding to reinstate fired unionists immediately. Members of ZSP warned that if the practices of the corporation won't change there will be more actions when Starbucks restaurants will be opened in Poland.
